Studio portrait of Robert McCullough (1855-1937) and his wife, Isabella "Bella" Galloway. Robert is dressed in a suit and is seated in a chair while Bella stands to his left in a long black dress with her hair elaborately styled. They lived on the south half of lot 15, concession 5 until they eventually sold their property and moved to Toronto. Their children, a boy and a girl, were named Roy and Lula., IHS1721

Robert And Margaret Black

Studio portrait of Robert Black Jr. and his wife Margaret Fagan. Their children included Alex, Ethel, Herbert, Ina, Carrie, and Wilbert. Robert was the son of Robert Black Sr. and Margaret Booth, and grandson of James Black and Mary Latimer, some of Innisfil's earliest pioneers who emigrated from Dungannon, Ireland in 1847. In this photo Robert is seated and wearing a wool suit while Margaret stands to his left dressed in a long dark coloured dress with long sleeves and styled hair. This photo can be found on page 103 of the Stroud Tweedsmuir History, volume II., IHS3382-103C

Robert Lazenby

Portrait of Mrs. Sybil Stansfield's grandfather, Robert Lazenby. Mr. Lazenby came from Yorkshire, England, the year is unknown. Mr. Lazenby and his mother (Elizabeth) lived at 332 Ewart Street, Belle Ewart after having previously lived in Newmarket. They lived at that location for about 60 years. His wife's name was Mary and together they had seven daughters and one son. The names of the daughters are: Laura, Margaret, Lillian, Mary, Frances, Ethel and Edith, Wray was the son. Mr. Robert Lazenby was a cabinet maker by profession. He also owned Big Cedar Point, which he later sold.
All of the family members are buried in the 6th line cemetery, except Mrs. Sybil Stanfields' mother, Laura., IHS562

Robert Moore, nephew of William Houston and son of Mary Houston and Mr. Moore. He was born in Armagh, County Antrim, Northern Ireland. Mr. Moore was a barber who worked in Toronto. Prior to 1910 or 1911 he began to work on the farm of William Houston at Big Cedar Point and built his own house later at Big Cedar Point where he lived the remainder of his life and died in 1952., IHS1982

Robert Robertson

Portrait of Robert Robertson (born 10 September 1847, died 1934) was the son of Matthew Robertson and Elizabeth Irving who had settled in Stroud on the south half of lot 15, concession 7 of Innisfil. He was the younger brother of William Robertson (married to Mary Cook), who lived on the south half of lot 10, concession 9. Robert Robertson was a well known naturalist and taxidermist who mounted many animals, specializing in goats and deer. He presented specimens personally to King Edward VII. He was also a game guardian and warden in Banff, Alberta, in the early 1900s. Mr. Robertson travelled the world looking for albatross but never found one., IHS2613
