Portrait of Mrs. Sybil Stansfield's grandfather, Robert Lazenby. Mr. Lazenby came from Yorkshire, England, the year is unknown. Mr. Lazenby and his mother (Elizabeth) lived at 332 Ewart Street, Belle Ewart after having previously lived in Newmarket. They lived at that location for about 60 years. His wife's name was Mary and together they had seven daughters and one son. The names of the daughters are: Laura, Margaret, Lillian, Mary, Frances, Ethel and Edith, Wray was the son. Mr. Robert Lazenby was a cabinet maker by profession. He also owned Big Cedar Point, which he later sold. All of the family members are buried in the 6th line cemetery, except Mrs. Sybil Stanfields' mother, Laura.
