Died at Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, Ont. in his 43rd year, Husband of Doreen O'Donnell of Shanty Bay, Ont. He was the son of Bill and Joyce Scrivens of Innisfil and the brother of Mike of Hamilton and of Tammy of Innisfil. He was the Owner/chef of the Family Affair Restaurant in Innisfil. Funeral service was held at the Innisfil Funeral Home chapel on January 6th, 2006 followed by cremation.
