Robert Brian Monroe passed away at Texas City, Texas on August 13, 2008. Husband of Frances Jean Monroe (Agnew) and father of Mary, Meghan and Madison. Son-in-law of Mary Agnew and the late John Agnew of Schomberg and John and Deb Agnew of Toronto. Son of Kay Monroe and Howard Monroe of Cape Cod, U. S.A and survived by his siblings Howard Jr., Joanne, Marie, Michael, Mark and John of Cape Cod U. S.A.
