1957-2006. He died suddenly as the result of a workplace accident. He was the devoted husband of Carol Ann Lay and the dear father of Winston. He was the son of James Lay and the late Jean of Cobourg and the son-in-law of Fritz and Anne Vajdic of Vineland. His brothers were David (Jane), Steven (Donna), Barry (Lori), and Rob. The arrangements were taken care of by the Paul F. Kent Funeral Home in Cookstown.
