Bernice Hogan (nee Jackson), a former resident of Beeton and the Good Samaritan Nursing Home, passed away in her 85th year at Stevenson Memorial Hospital, Alliston. She was the wife of the late Ted Hogan and the mother of Wanetta Layton (Ed), Sandra Gates (Don), Sharon Hatto (the late Gerald), Stephen Hogan (Karyn),Michael Hogan (Joan), and Mark Hogan. She was the sister of Dorothy Walker, Mabel Heels, Donald Jackson and the late Wanetta, Curtis and Clifford. The funeral service was held at the W. John Thomas Funeral Home on April 2nd, 2008 with interment in Prospect Cemetery.
