At Stevenson Memorial Hospital in Alliston, Ont. in his 78th year. He was the husband of Theresa Mathieu of Beeton, Ont. and the father of Jeannine and Steve Horak of Laurel, Karyn and Guy Rutledge of Wasaga Beach, Stanley Gwizd and Lisa of Barrie, David Gwizd and Laurie of Innisfil, Theresa and Brian Reynolds of Lefroy and predeceased by Louise Murphy. He was the brother of Chester Gwizd and Mary Lochowski. The funeral service was held in the chapel of the W. John Thomas Funeral Home in Alliston on May 30th, 2007 with interment in Alliston Union Cemetery.
