Suddenly at Royal Victoria Hos[ital, Barrie, Ont., Gerry Cooney of Innisfil and formerly of Rexdale in his 71st year. He was the husband of Loretta (nee Ricco) Cooney and the father of Brian (Arlene) Cooney of Nobleton, Christian Cooney and Erin Cooney both of Toronto. A Funeral Mass was held at St. Mary's Church, Barrie on March 15th, 2007
