: Cold Fighting; Not only do the firefighters in Innisfil fight fires, but sometimes they fight cold, like this brave soul who was on hand to make sure Innisfil's Polar Bear Dippers were safe as they jumped through the ice in Lake Simcoe. Dressed in full gear, the firefighter sits on the ice in anticipation of the participants arriving to "dip."

: Edge Yoga; Spending time together, mother and daughter, exploring yoga individually and together. Edge Yoga offers a truly wonderful way to practice yoga within the same space as your mother/daughter/grandmother. This class also includes some gentle partner poses. This class is for daughters of all ages and a female adult caregiver. This yoga class enables both to explore the practice of yoga while enjoying time together.
