Sparry, Grace
Grace Sparry passed away peacefully in her sleep in the Woods Park Care Centre, Barrie, Ont. her 102nd year. Born Grace Tucehurst in August of 1906 She came to Canada from England as the war bride of the late Alfred Sparry (2001). She was the mother of Susan and her husband David Morse and of Linda and her husband Alan. She was predeceased by siblings, George, Tom, Bob and Mary all of England. She lived in Cookstown with her husband. A memorial service was held at St. John's Anglican Church on February 6th, 2008.

Spence, Cyril Clare
Passed away at Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, Ont. in his 91st year with his family by his side. He was predeceased by his wife Inez. He was the dear father of Jean Reynolds and her husband Fred of Cookstown, Murray and his wife Edith of Stroud and of Nancy Robbins and her husband Jack of Barrie. The funeral service was held in the chapel of the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home on Minet's Point in Barrie on July 13th, 2006. Interment was in the Sixth Line Cemetery, Innisfil, Ont.

She was the sister of the late Vera Eneman from Belgium. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in St. James Church, Colgan on March 3rd, 2008 with interment in the cemetery there.
