: Kirs, Doreen Emily; At the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, Ont,in her 79th year, the wife of Uno Kirs of Innisfil. She was the mother of Noella and Suzanne. She is survived by her sister Joan Wilson. A service was held at the Innisfil Funeral Home, Stroud on March 18, 2006. Cremation

: Kitchen, William; Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, Ont. in his 75th year, the husband of Jean Rainey. He was the father of Mike and Jill, Kathy Kitchen, Bill and Leslie, and of Keith and Jean. Friends were received on December 18th, 2007 at the Schomberg Community Centre (Arena) until the funeral service. Arrangements were by the Rod Abrams Funeral Home, Tottenham, Ont.

: Koekebakker, Aedsgard; Sympathy is extended to the family of Aedsgard Koekebakker of Egbert who was killed when his single-engined plane went down near Hockley Valley on July 9th. The funeral was held in Mt. Pleasant cemetary on July 12 and the memorial service was held at the Christian Community Church.

: Kollhauser, Irwin John; Irwin John Kollhosser (Irv) died peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville, Ont. in his 65th year. He was the husband of Bev and the father of Janice and her husband Dennis Borden, Jannette Juneau, Michael Kollhauser and Cindy Brent and Stephen and his wife Michelle Kollhauser. He was the brother of Elaine and her husband Paul Brett. He was the son of Sophie Desborough and the late Otto Kollhauser. A memorial service was held in the Rod Abrams Funeral Chapel, Tottenham, Ont. on September 12th, 2007.

: Kooy, Lisa; A fatal motor vehicle collision took the life of driver, Lisa Kooy, age 22 on Easter morning in the town of Innisfil. She was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.

: Lay, Victor Carl; 1957-2006. He died suddenly as the result of a workplace accident. He was the devoted husband of Carol Ann Lay and the dear father of Winston. He was the son of James Lay and the late Jean of Cobourg and the son-in-law of Fritz and Anne Vajdic of Vineland. His brothers were David (Jane), Steven (Donna), Barry (Lori), and Rob. He is survived by his brother Arthur (Linda). Service was held in Innisfil Funeral Home, Stroud on December 30th, 2005.
