: Masonic Hall In Cookstown; Photo showing the exterior of the Masonic Hall located at 4 Queen Street in Cookstown. The building was originally a cheese factory located on Victoria Street that was moved to Queen Street when purchased by the Masonic Order. After renovations, the upstairs rooms were used by the Masons while the downstairs rooms were rented out to other businesses. A local photographer, T.A. Adams, operated out of this building for some time. The photo shows a small two storey building with the Masonic compass and square above the front door, flanked by a window on either side. The front door is part of an entry room that was formerly a verandah before it was closed in at some point in the late 1920s.

: Matchett Twins - Lorne and Laura; Twins, Lorne H. Matchett (1896-1964) and Laura M. Matchett (1896-1936) born in West Gwillimbury Township, they grew up in Innisfil on the SH Lot 12, Concession 1. Lorne married Violet Longhurst of Churchill and farmed on the NH Lot 16, Concession 1, they had one daughter, Joyce, who is Mrs. Lawrence Wiggins of Barrie. Laura married James Moore of Badjeros. The twins are the children of Andrew Matchett and Margaret Ann Davis., IHS1220

: Mayme Black; Photo of Mrs. Margaret "Mayme" Elizabeth Black on the right with two other unidentified women in 1965. Mayme was born in 1885, married Oswald R. Black in 1919, and died in 1966. Both her maiden and married surnames were Black as her husband was a relation from a different branch of the Black pioneering family of Innisfil. Mayme was the daughter of James Black and Mary Lennox, granddaughter of Robert Black and Margaret Booth, and great-granddaughter of James Black and Mary Latimer, who emigrated to Innisfil from Dungannon Ireland in 1847. In this photo she is seated at a table and wearing a corsage while the woman in the centre wearing a floral dress is holding what appears to be a birthday cake with lit candles. The picture was taken inside an unnamed home, with floral patterned wallpaper visible in the background., IHS3384-80

: Mccormick-Deering 15-30 Tractor; Photo of a McCormick-Deering model 15-30 tractor, known as the "farmer engineered powerhouse." It had steel wheels, was powered by kerosene, and was in production from 1921 to 1934. It's production before the depression and the Second World War meant farmers could not afford, and factories could not produce, new tractors so older models like this had to remain in use for many years. This photo shows an unidentified driver on the tractor, with the wall of a wooden barn just behind him., IHS1306
