Timothy O'Connell
The father of Miss Betty O'Connell, Timothy O'Connell, farmed all his life. He came from Ireland in 1847 as a young boy. Note: In the series of photographs of the O'Connells there are three different spellings of the name O'Connell, Conley, Connell and O'Connell, the latter being the correct spelling. Tom Sawyer, retired farmer lived next door to Miss Kay Allan and Mrs. Eva (Allan) Reid, 306 Killarney Beach Road, Lefroy. He lived most of his life on the farm on the 6th line, 20th sideroad. He is also Mrs. Walter Allan's first cousin. He lived in this Township all his life. The photograph is believed to have been taken in the late 1900's., IHS757

Tourists At The Stonecroft Motor Camp
Photo of a couple standing in front of their small cabin at the Stonecroft Motor Camp. Their car, complete with rumble seat and a spare tire with the name Erindale Garage painted on it, is parked beside the cabin. Tourists stayed in the cabins at the cost of $1.00 per night. There was no limit to how many people could stay in a cabin, so they often held up to 6 or 7., IHS1832

Tractors In Parade
Tractors are used to draw the floats in the Centennial Parade. This picture taken at the intersection of Highways 27 and 89 with some of the crowd of spectators looking on. Many of the large trees along the road were removed in 1972 when the highway was widened and paved.
