The eldest son, Robert settled on a farm at Newmarket and the farm lane today is Srigley Street in the town. The Innisfil Mahon was the second son of Robert. The first church (Methodist) in Holly, was built of logs in 1859 on South Half Lot 3, Conc. 12 and was largely the work of Mahlon Srigley and his sons.
