Carmeta Srigley - eldest of eight children of Clarence and Sarah Srigley. Born March 3, 1898 at Holly. Attended Barrie Collegiate. In 1916 her mother died and she cared for the family until she entered Hamilton General Hospital to train as a nurse. Graduated as a Registered Nurse in June 1926. Nursed in Hamilton and United States till 1965. Lives in Hamilton Costumes and clothing
