First historical mural for Innisfil was erected on the southwest corner of the Lefroy Arena. Sonja Rathke, muralist from Penetang, was the creator of this 11 by 13 foot pictoral history. The mural depicts the Lefroy train station in the late 1900s. Eagle Eye Construction built a frame on which to fasten the mural, then set the nine sections in place. Killarney Beach School students attended the December 16th dedication ceremony.
