Fire Chief Scott Griffith presents Irene Willoughby with a bouquet of flowers and acknowledges her contribution to Innisfil Fire Dept. at the opening of the New Fire Hall in Stroud on Dec. 2, 2002. Dec. 2, 1952 the original Fire Hall #3 was opened in Stroud and Irene Willoughby was the original dispatcher for Fire and Police calls, doing it from her home for numerous years.
