Lillian Soules Lawley, daughter of David Soules, sister of Tom Soules, was born June 28, 1868. Lillian was the daughter of Lount Soules and Sarah Drury. She married Dr. Edward Thomas Seely Yorke (born 1862 in Cape Town, South Africa). The original of this photograph was sent to William Irwin of Big Bay Point, written on the bottom of the photo "Compliments of an old school friend Liliane [sic] Lawley - yours (?), Berlin, Germany".
