This Indenture document is a formal legal agreement between John Langtree Sloan and Trustees of Churchill Community Park. Trustees: Walter Allan, Edward H. Sloan, Marshall Reive, Howard Allan, Ruben Lucas, Frederick Allan, Richard Canning, John Sloan. The agreement was made Deember 11, 1928. John Langtree Sloan sold the land to be used as a community park for $300. The contract goes into great deatil about the size of the parcel of land.
