By command of the W.M. Wilson Black, Secretary. The card is of an interesting design such that it lists the days of the weeks, moths and, numbers 1 through 31 as well as the type of meeting possible. This allowed the secretary to efficiently punch a hole in the desired date to convey the correct information.
