Lorne D. Jack, son of Thomas Jack, pictured in his dancing costume. He later owned Tent City Dance Hall, at the foot of the sixth line at the Lake, on the north side. He started the business of using tents, hence the name. Lorne Jack was a dancer before starting the business at Tent City and danced in both Toronto and New York City. Costumes
