Photograph of the four Jacks in the Marshall Family. Pictured on the far left is baby Jacquetta Marshall, with her father Jack Marshall holding her. Next is his nephew Jack Marshall Thompson, and Grandfather John Marshall. They are all identified as family of Mr. Edgar Thompson's mother. Mr. John Thompson was a photographer and he took this picture with his own homemade camera. The following information comes from Tracy Strohm in January 2021: "Jack Marshall (holding Jacquetta my mother) was my grandfather. He was married to Mabel Hickling who was raised by Aunt Addie and Uncle David Peacock over the Painswick General Store. Jack and Mabel operated a Service Station on Burton Ave in Barrie before Jack went to work for the Post Office. Jack and Mabel renovated and moved to the barn known as 29 Parkside Dr. Barrie (Dyment estate) when he began at the post office. Jack died of a heart attack delivering mail in 1956. Mabel went on to have a successful real estate career and sold her final house the week before she died in 1985."
