(Bill) Kell, Debra Crawford and the Innisfil Heritage Committee, Walter Reive’s “History of Churchill”, the 1950 Innisfil Historical Review, the July 21, 1808, issue 48 of the Royal Gazette and Newfoundland Advertiser, photos from Our Stories Innisfil, and reflections and information from Nancy (Fraser) Fyfe and Kemp Hastewell, as well as his photos.
