The meeting took place online after social distancing measures were introduced to limit public gathering to slow the spread of Covid-19. This meeting used Zoom software and was live-streamed to YouTube. The meeting featured Mayor Lynn Dollin, Deputy Mayor Daniel Davidson, Ward 1 Councillor Kevin Eisses, Ward 2 Councillor Bill Van Berkel, Ward 3 Councillor Donna Orsatti, Ward 4 Councillor Alex Waters, Ward 5 Councillor Kenneth Fowler, Ward 6 Councillor Carolyn Payne, and Ward 7 Councillor Rob Nicol. The meeting took place at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday 25 March 2020. As it was a Special Council Meeting, there was no open forum and no delegations.
