Frank Wilkinson, K.C., Passes Frank Wilkinson, K.C., 51, partner int he legal firm of McMillan, Bench, Wilkinson, Stuart, Berry and Wright, died in his sleep in the early hours of Friday morning at his home, 484 Oriole Parkway, Toronto. He was an authority on admiralty law in Ontario and one of the leaders of the Admiralty Bar of Canada. Important cases on which Mr. Wilkinson had worked were the investigations into the burning of the Canada Steamship LInes passenger ships, Harmonic and Noronic. In both instances he was chief counsel for the C.S.I. Mr. Wilkinson was a frequent visitor to Bradford and the Hirlehey home, his wife being the former Mizpah (Mitzie) Hirlehey.
