Photo taken from the west looking down the 9th Line road towards Lake Simcoe is a picture of a store at the foot of the Ninth Line of Innisfil. The stretch of road appears empty on the right, but lined with cottages, trees, and small fences. The cottages are hidden by trees across the road are where the Noon, Belton, and Thorne families later visited in summer of 1944. . The original store and dance hall was built by Bob Robert and his wife Hazel (nee Jack). They had one son Paul. Several different persons continued running the store until the building was in a fire and had to be torn down. In 2014 the lot is empty.
