The former home of the Belle Ewart Station Master for the Ontario, Simcoe, and Huron Railroad. It later became the home of Jean Crosby located on Arnold Street, near Goldie. According to D.M. Lemmon of Shanty Bay, it was once further south and nearer to the railway track, which no longer exists.
