Photo taken between 1975 and 1980 showing the front of the building originally known as the Sterling Bank, located on Killarney Beach Rd., north side of street, and west of train tracks. It was known as the Sterling Bank from 1913 to 1924, then the Standard Bank from 1924 to 1928, followed by the Bank of Commerce. The building, which is two storeys of red brick with a unique pediment over the front door, also served as post office beginning c. 1945.
