Portrait of the Ferrier Family. Pictured from left to right - Back Row: Joseph (1896-1958), Herman (1898-1949), Alma (later Gardner, 1900-1977), and Dalton (1902-1963). Front Row: Robert (1872-1949), Melville (1907-1990), and Angelina "Annie" (née Spring, 1874-1941). Robert and Annie were grandparents to Inez Spence. The Ferriers farmed on both the 11th Line and 13th Concession while their home was on lot 14 of the 13th Concession. Robert Ferrier was the butcher in Stroud until 1920.
