Peacefully at Srevenson Memorial Hospital, Alliston, Ont. in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Norman Baker. Mother of Norma (Allan) Green and Daureen (Doug) Brown. Survived by sisters, Mary, Lillian,Wilma and Marjorie. Aprivate family service was held on Oct. 27th, 2005 in the Paul Kent Funeral Home. Interment in St. John's Anglican Church Cemetery.

Baker, Kathleen Ellen
Kathleen Ellen Baker of Cookstown passed away suddenly at Stevenson Memorial Hospital in Alliston. She was the dear daughter of Norman Baker of Cookstown and Dorothy Scruton of Barrie. The family funeral service was held at the Paul F. Kent Funeral Home in Cookstown on November 6, 1987 at 11 a. m. Rev. Judy Rois conducted the service. Interment followed at St. John's Anglican Cemetery, also in Cookstown. Kathleen Ellen was born May 16, 1902 in Cookston.

Died peacefully at home at the age of 75. She was predeceased by her husband, Josef. She was the mother of Paul (Pauline), Valentino (Irene) and Jasmine (Norm). Survived by her brother Frank and sister Olga. Funeral service was held at York Visitation Chapel and Reception Centre, Toronto on January 4, 2006 followed by burial in York Cemetery, Toronto.

Baldwin, Charles
Charles was born in Schomberg on Feb. 8th 1944, the third child of Charles and Margaret Baldwin. He died suddenly at his home in Cookstown in his 62nd year. He was the beloved husband of Sharon Davis, father of Peggy Ball and her husband Tom, of Terry Diemart and her husband Stephen. He is survived by brothers Raymond and Barry, sisters Nancy, Ruth and Lois. Funeral service was held at the St. John's Anglican Church,, Cookstown on October 17th, 2005.

Died at York Central Hospital, Richmond Hill, Frank Clayton Ball of Nobleton in his 71st year. He was the beloved husband of Mary Elizabeth (Chapman) for 51 years, the dear father of Barbara Goddard (Bob), Susan DiFebo (Gino), Valerie Ball, and Nancy Wooldridge (Alan). He was predeceased by his brother Ervin and survived by brothers Don and Ron and by his sisters Sheila, Dorothy, Bev and Dawna. Funeral service was held in the chapel of the Egan Funeral Home on April 25th, 2006. Interment was in Nobleton Community Cemetery. He retired from Air Canada on October 31, 1994 after 35 years of service.

He was the father of Charles and Cathy Balzan of Orangeville, Tony and Moire Balzan of Caledon, and Grace Balzan of Caledon. He was the founder of the Balzan Truck Centre, Caledon. A Funeral Mass was held in St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church Albion in Caledon on March 16th, 2007.
