Maida Orr, a life member of Trinity United Church UCW , Beeton, died in her 94th year. She was the wife of the late Edgar Ritchie and the mother of Bill and Norma of Elmvale and Jane and Stoney Pletts of PEI. Funeral service was in the Rod Abrams Funeral Chapel, Tottenham on February 4th, 2006. Interment was in Trinity Cemetery, Beeton.

At the Headwaters Health Care Centre in Orangeville, Ont. in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Joseph (Joe) Robbins. (1992). Loving mother of Don and his wife Jean of North York, and of Dwight and his wife Donna of Loretto. A funeral service was held at the Dods and McNair Funeral Home in Orangeville on September 1st, 2005.

She was the mother of Larry and his wife Madeline of Sundridge, Nancy and her husband Barry Barton of Tottenham, Wayne and his wife Rusty of Whitehorse and of Rolan and his wife Mary og Loretto. Funeral was held in the Rod Abrams Funeral Home in Tottenham on August 10th, 2007 followed by interment in Morningside Cemetery, Palgrave, Ont.

At Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Orillia, Patricia Strutt in her 77th year. She was the beloved wife of Jim Robinson of Barrie, and the loving mother of Carolyn, john and Sherri, Brenda and Dick Augur, Maureen Bayliss, Jim, Ted and Karen, Patty and Gord Craig, and Philip and Marianne. A private family service was held in the Rod Abrams Funeral Chapel, Tottenham on August 1st, 2006.

Gerard Joseph (Joe) Robitaille died suddenly in his 58th year. He was the husband of Barbara of Innisfil and the father of Joe and his wife Diane of Innisfil and of Darrin and his wife Julie of Mississauga. He was survived by his mother Madeline and by his sister Patricia and her husband Dave. The funeral service was held in the Innisfil Guneral Home in Stroud on August 21st, 2006 followed by interment in Innisvale Cemetery.

She was predeceased by Frances, Eileen, Regis,Pat and Ralph. A Mass of Christian burial was held on January 8th, 2008 in St. James Church, Colgan followed by interment in St. James Cemetery.

Michael Ronan of Tottenham died at Stevenson Memorial Hospital, Alliston, Ont in his 68th year. He was the husband of Gail Freeman and the father of D'Arcy and Denise, Michael, Nigel and Dawn, Alexis and was predeceased by daughter Kerry. He was the brother of Gerald and Brenda, Julia, Pat and Joan, sister-in-law Mary and predeceased by Jimmy, brother-in-law Manuel and by his parents Joseph and Mary. He was a former employee of MacMillan Publishing and of Copp Clark Pitman, and was Past Chairman/ School Trustee of the Simcoe County Catholic School Board. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in St. James Church, Colgan on May 14th, 2008 with interment in St. James Cemetery, Colgan.
