Minneapolis Moline farm tractor, purchased new in 1948 in Waterloo by Harold Matchett. The tractor was used for custom threshing, mainly in Innisfil. Mr. Matchett threshed for area farmers for 14 seasons. This particular model of tractor bears the name "MM Waterloo" across the front grille, indicating that it was manufactured in Waterloo, Ontario on behalf of the Minneapolis Moline company. The Waterloo Manufacturing Company served as a Canadian distributor for several American companies throughout the 1920s and 1930s.
