Gavin C. Allan and Florence Campbell of Port Arthur and Fennell's Corner married in 1901. Their children were Agnes (m. Matt Bell), Margaret (m. R.J. New), Bessie (m. Geoff Robinson), and Jack. Gavin was a Councillor, a Clerk and served several terms as a Reeve before retiring. They also had 2 other daughters who died young, Jean and Edith.
