Image taken in June, 1932, of a barn raising taking place at Mr. and Mrs. Cyril McDonald's farm. A group of men can be seen raising and assembling the barn. Barn raising was a community event. There are two boys observing the event - Howard Ferrier and Lloyd Annis. Kenneth McDonald can be seen fourth fro the right in the image. Robert Ferrier is to the right of Howard Ferrier. It is believed that the Bertram Brothers led the construction on the barn.
