Albert Pratt Farm; in Pratt name from Crown to 1959. John Pratt (1792-1861) came from Gloucestershire, England in 1832 and settled on this farm. In 1834, his wife (nee Ann Smith, 1801-1851) came to Canada with five children: William, Mary, Fanny, George and Jesse. Two younger sons, John and Henry were born in Canada.
