Portrait of Susan Molyneaux (1812-1892), daughter of William and Ann Molyneux, who married Matthew Cooper on 4 June 1840 in the church at Anatrim, Queen's County, Ireland, by Rev. John W. Burke. Together they moved to Innisfil in 1842. Together they had eight children: Elizabeth (m. George Evans), Matthew Jr. (m. Maria Dutcher), Rebecca (m. James Boake), Susan (m. Tandem Bicycle At Innisfil'S Centennial Celebration

Photo of a bicycle built for two, which was an entry in the July 1951 Innisfil Township Centennial celebrations held at Innisfil Beach Park. Pictured on the bicycle in centennial costumes are Bruce Wice (dressed as "the gentleman" in a top hat) and Tom Bowman Sr. (dressed as "the lady" in a long dress and cap), who won a prize for their efforts.
